Praise be to Allah, and may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and his companions. There is nothing wrong in that, as the principle ruling is permissibility [unless otherwise prohibited], so long as it is not done to draw attention to oneself, such as dyeing it a colour that is not ordinarily used as colour [for eyebrows]. That is because it would then be included in what was related by Imam Ahmad and Abu Dawud, from the hadith of Ibn `Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), “Whoever wears a garment of pride and vanity, Allah will clothe him in a garment of humiliation on the Day of Resurrection.” Also, along with the condition that it does not resemble the disbelievers and transgressors.
