Does the little amount of blood that comes out of a woman’s parts invalidate her fast? الدم اليسير الذي ينزل من المرأة

Praise be to Allah, and may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and his companions.   Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.   As to what follows:   In response to your question, we say:     If what comes out of a woman’s private parts  is blood, it is compulsory for her to make up for this day because the principle is that the blood which comes out of a woman’s  private parts is menstrual blood. However, if it is a yellowish, brownish or an indiscernible discharge, and does not flow, then this is not menstruation and her fast is valid.
