What is expiation for aborting a fetus intentionally after seven days from the due time of menstruation? حكم الإجهاض

All praise is due to Allah alone, and may the Salah and Salam of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions.

To answer your question, we say while seeking the success from Allah:

You must repent to Allah from this crime and transgression that you have committed against the fetus. If the child had developed some human features, then you must pay the blood money of the child to his/her heirs and in this case the mother and father of the child are excluded from receiving their shares from this blood money. The blood money is the value of a slave or female-slave, which is tenth the blood money of women and that equals 5000 Saudi riyals.

However, some scholars stated that if the father of the child allowed this abortion then the mother is not required to pay any blood money. This view is considerable and it was mentioned by some Hanafi jurists as in al-Fatawa al-Hindiyyah (6/35).
