What is the ruling on placing a screen in women’s prayer room to display the Imam’s swalah, whereby … will be in front of them, the women can see the Imam and the muswalin like they are with him. الجواب

Praise be to Allah, and may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and his companions.
Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
As to what follows:
With regards to answering your question we say, success is by Allah Almighty.
This TV will disturb the people especially if the screen is elevated, which then necessitates rising of eyes hence it was prohibited.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that The Prophet (peace be on him) said:
“People should avoid lifting their eyes towards the sky while supplicating in prayer, otherwise their eyes would be snatched away.” [Muslim 429]
It suffices to follow the imam by hearing his voice, but if a screen is placed out of necessity then there won’t be any harm
