With regards to answering your question we say, success is by Allah Almighty.
What is apparent is that he cuts of prayer with an intention of breaking it and there is no need for taslim, because taslim is done at the end of prayer and this will not be its ending but it is its cutting. Tslim has not been mentioned in cases like th.
