There is nothing wrong in getting a visa card devoid of usurious conditions. What I know is that the visa card you mentioned from Rajhi Bank and visa cards from other banks that rely on Islamic banking do not penalize for late payment. In other words they do not charge interest for late payment. Therefore there is no harm in using it for payment of hotels and other goods.
