Praise be to Allah, and may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and his companions.

As to what follows:

In response to your question, we say, and with Allah Almighty lies all success: 

The one who is in the state of constantly nullifying his wudhu, such as by wind, urine, etc., there is no accountability on him for what comes out; meaning that if one makes wudhu for prayer, then whatever continues to come out does not nullify the wudhu, according to the more correct opinion amongst the scholars. Nor is he required to renew the wudhu for every prayer. Rather the sunnah is to renew the wudhu at the starting time of every prayer, and this is a preferred act. But if what is coming out is urine or its like, then it is one’s responsibility to place something in its place to prevent it from spreading and spoiling one’s body or clothing.  But this does not nullify the prayer.

So if a woman performed wudhu, she may perform as many prayers as she likes and may recite as much Qur’an, and there is no blame on her.
