Dear respected Shaykh, assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Is it permissible for me to give Zakat to my brother who wants to get married considering that his financial position is poor, and he will have to borrow so as to be able to get married? His salary is 4170 riyals.
